Hey-

This is a toughie, but the best match I can confidently make is Terminator.

http://www.dafont.com/en/search.php?q=terminator&nb_ppp_old=10&page=1&texte=NeMeSIS&nb_ppp=10

It is entirely possible that the designers a) created an in-house font purely for the purposes of "Star Trek: Nemesis"'s publicity campaign, op b) made slight modifications to Terminator, ie extension and indenting of the "n" and "m". Such modifications would be relatively simple using a vector graphics program such as Macromedia FreeHand.

I hope this answers your question!
