I'm preety sure, it's a pixel font (also called bitmap font or screenfont)
Try the freeware "bit 3" from www.jamesfont.com, it isn't exact the same, but near.
Alternatively you should search the pixel/bitmap section here at abstractfonts.com :

I have been looking for a font that you see on a lot of websites these days. it actually looks very similar to abstractfonts.com at the top of this page, without the long extended "f's". does that make sense??
also this font can be seen at www.intereactivedesign.com
it's the fonts used for... "portfolio examples", "launch website" ect...
if anyone knows where i can find this font i would appreciate your help. thanks!
