I FOUND IT UP!!!!
It's a shareware font called "Confusebox"! :p
I've spent hours looking for it, browsing thru pages and pages of fonts... And it finally paid off! :D

Here's the font on banner for a site I made a few years ago:
I once had this super font, but it seems that I didn't copy it to my new computer... So I don't have it anymore... :(
If someone knows were I could find this font, or simply its name... He would make my day!!! :)
