To me, community is more important than the site itself, and this place a rocking community :)

I came here and without offering anything, asking for some help identifying some fonts I needed for a new website launch! People were happy to help, and within a couple of days I had exactly what I needed :)

It's really nice to get help without having to prove yourself or offer something back :) If I can't design or identify fonts, I can't help! I'll just keep a link of you to hand :)

this is exactly what i had in mind. I wanted to make AF something more than just simple faceless, "don't email us, we won't respond", generic font archive. And i am extremely happy that people see it and appreciate it.
