Its the font for the T.V. show birds of prey. Some say it doesn't exist, and others say they've seen it before but dont know where...

Have you asked the webmaster or posted at their forum?

yes, the webmaster there said he made one, but he wont realese it to me or anyone else.

That would probably mean he is the only one with that font.
