It's the Cooper Black from Bitstream.

If you've got CorelDraw, you'll find it as coopbln.ttf on the first CD.

TY TY TY TY!!! perfect that's IT!!! I can't thank you enough - I had seen it in a psp tut & fell in love - couldn't find it anywhere (helps to have a correct name LOL - & facinating that Cooper trained under Goudy yet! - yes I had to look it up lol) . . . You've made my day! :D :D :D
