I don't, although the script M's look kinda familiar. I'll look around for you, though. ---------------

The M's look something like Monotype Corsiva. Hope that helps.

The M's are DEFINITELY the font "Boulevard". Have it at work, don't remember where it came from, probably Micro$$$$. Didn't really pay too much attention to the rest of the sample, so many serif fonts look similar it should be fairly easy to match.
