I found the two typeface and compare them. just as you say.only one letter is diffrent.mistral looks like more conservative.

Solved - Font identification request Mar 31st, 2008 - It looks like Mistral, but it's not. I figure it's probably a knockoff but just can't seem to find it anywhere. If Kat or someone else can help me ID it I would be eternally grateful.
