Not Solved - Font identification request Aug 30th, 2007 - MissJax, I'm trying to understand correctly, you have a client who wants you to punch a monogram using that font? Or are you wanting the TTF so your embroidery program can import and convert?
I'm an embroidery digitizer also(among other things).

Not Solved - Font identification request Mar 10th, 2007 - Another possibility is... use DIN for the whole thing! I don't think DIN 1451 is that heavy*** so you would need to add weight and cut the corners off for LIFE of course.

Nov 15th, 2004 - in windows XP you can just double-click the .zip file and you will see the contents of it. THen you can drag the .ttf files that are inside on your desktop or straight into the c:\Windows\Fonts folder.

Note:
The thing is known as Manzanita.ttf and Manzanita .ttf (notice the space before .ttf) The version without the space renders badly. It is also known as RSManzanita.

Jun 16th, 2009 - I've had better luck with St Andrews...I was able to save it as OTF, and it went down to 601 k, instead of 1 MB TTF. Check it out if it works better now. At least it previews on my PC.

Feb 5th, 2004 - They are. We just call them bitmap fonts because, at their core, they're just bitmaps made scaleable and converted to TTF (even though most designers don't actually do this). The distortion is just a crazy display thing.
